Most of my jobs begin the same way: a phone call from someone standing in their home, looking at a problem they don't understand.
A leak that keeps coming back. A wall that doesn't look right. A renovation they've been dreaming about but have no idea how to begin.
They aren't looking for a contractor. They're looking for someone who can look at the mess, make sense of it, and tell them the truth.
That's where I come in. I've always loved solving problems, the kind where you have to understand what's really going on before you pick up a tool. That habit is the foundation of Greenwood Trading. We fix, repair, improve and build, but first we listen, explain things plainly, and keep you informed until the job is done properly.
Your home is probably your biggest investment, and it deserves someone who treats it that way. If something needs fixing, changing or building, start by telling me what's bothering you. We'll figure it out together.
